Lobby is not comfortable because it is not air-conditioned. Executive lounge food is very poor. Location is not next to shops & restaurants. Other than the 3 items above, everything else was wonderful. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was nice & comfortable. Needs updating though, if I am being picky. The buffet breakfast was a huge spread. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in Jakarta with friends.

Excellent customer service! Staff was very attentive, professional, friendly and speak good English. Beds were very comfortable, great restaurants and Amenities. There is indoor kid’s playground in the spa near gym area.

I had intimated during booking that my wife is allergic to onions and garlic and consumes vegetarian food (no egg, fish or meat). I must complement the staff and chefs to be already informed and served her specially made food that was having variety of cuisine and tasted fantastic.

The hotel is in a good location in the city. The staff are very courteous and helpful, we had a nice extension of the stay. The Little India restaurant is really nice with very tasty Biryani and butter naan. The waiter in the restaurant was very understanding and offered good guidance.

Food and staff were amazing. Dining was booked and we were not aware of pre-booking. They worked us in the same evening and were amazing as making sure we were accommodated.

Location since it’s just walking distance to the event we supported. Japanese Restaurant was very nice my guest enjoyed so much the peaceful and very nice and professional staffs.

The hotel is clean and have comfortable beds, very nice staff and helpful. The food from the Indian restaurant was very tasty and nice. They have a small and cute pool and the spa treatment is very nice.

Breakfast- with wide varieties. Room was Spacious, Bed was comfortable, View was good. AC was working good. Overall all was good.
