Lobby is not comfortable because it is not air-conditioned. Executive lounge food is very poor. Location is not next to shops & restaurants. Other than the 3 items above, everything else was wonderful. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was nice & comfortable. Needs updating though, if I am being picky. The buffet breakfast was a huge spread. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in Jakarta with friends.

The hotel is in a good location in the city. The staff are very courteous and helpful, we had a nice extension of the stay. The Little India restaurant is really nice with very tasty Biryani and butter naan. The waiter in the restaurant was very understanding and offered good guidance.

I had intimated during booking that my wife is allergic to onions and garlic and consumes vegetarian food (no egg, fish or meat). I must complement the staff and chefs to be already informed and served her specially made food that was having variety of cuisine and tasted fantastic.

Service was exceptional. Special mention goes to Sarah in reception. Kind and caring went out of her way to ensure my stay was comfortable. All the staff at the reception and the breakfast restaurant were attentive and took the trouble to know you and ensure you were happy.
